Here’s our second full poetry book! We are proud to bring you Historian Delorean. Poems on Time, Space, Awareness, and Place. Historian Delorean is a Text and Rock Poetry collection about where we come from, why we are here, and where we go. Combining rich classical, biblical, rabbinic, and early Christian imagery with Plato's "souls like the wheels," I try to follows ancient thinkers like Philo of Alexandria, who envisaged a marriage of philosophical and Judeo-Christian categories. My poetry conceives of time, space, awareness, and place as less fixed than human imagination often affords, and asks what it ultimately means to live and grow in light of aging and certain death.
Most of all, I asks how do we evolve towards health and virtue in the wake of pain and trauma? and how can we name the spirit and its undying hope?

Here’s a Couple of Live Performances!
Both of these mini-sets were performed at local murals around Cedar Rapids. The one in front of our Lady Medusa, focuses on the environmental and ecological responsibility of humankind over and against consumption. The other set is in front of a mural called “Together We Rise,” and features three poems about responsibility to one another as human beings, despite cultural differences.
